Welcome to PrintingArtwork.com Please
Note: This site was created primarily to assist self-publishing artists.Hopefully, you will be able to use this site as a resource for your artistic career. Besides the obvious printing services we offer, you will also find articles and resources to help you promote yourself and your artwork. This website represents specialized printing services offered by our parent company, Electronic Media Arts, L.L.C. (EMA). EMA provides commercial art services including illustration, photo-retouching, graphic design, website development and multimedia authoring. In 2004, EMA added fine art services and packaged them within a separate website. This new site is called EM-ARTS.com. It provides corporate and residential art consulting services which includes the creation and selling of fine art and fine art reproductions. The creation of fine art reproductions, specifically what has come to be known as Giclée printing, necessitated the creation of our fine art printing services. We originally intended to use our technology to print artwork only for ourselves. But we have seen that there is need in the marketplace to provide artists with a reasonably inexpensive way to create high-quality reproductions of their own artwork. After setting up our own studio, we have learned that it is not neccessary to spend an extraordinary amount of money to produce Giclée prints. Previously, due to the prohibitive costs, many artists dismissed any idea of starting a limited edition series of their artwork. However, it is our strong feeling that price should not be the limiting factor for an artist. If an artist can create sellable art, he should have the option to create reproductions of his own artwork without going broke. So in the Spring of 2005, EMA launched PrintingArtwork.com. With the ability to produce low-cost yet high-quality reproductions of their own art, artists can now offer choices to the art buyers and increase the likelihood of a sale. The basic idea is simple. Make more art accessible to the buying public and more art will be sold. The more art an artist can sell, the more money the artist will make. People who have never considered buying a $2000.00 original oil painting may be happy to purchase a $500.00 Giclée reproduction. And it has also been our experience that people like to buy art directly from the artist. The artwork they purchase then gives them a sense of higher value than what can be purchsed at a discount retail store. It is our hope, if you are an artist, that you contact us and let us show you how you can market your artwork to fulfill your dream of becoming a self-sustaining artist. Please have a look around to see if anything here interests you. Then contact us to see how we can be of service to you.
